Our approach to information security for the Behavioral Analytics Service is based on recommended best practices established by well known organizations, including the National Security Agency (NSA), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) at Carnegie Mellon University, and the SysAdmin, Audit, Network, Security (SANS) Institute, as well as major vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco. These best practices provide the foundation for Mattersight's Information Security policies, as well as the supporting standards and procedures.
