Ian Kerr

As Mattersight’s Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and Chief Information Officer, Ian brings more than 20 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology management, and more than 12 years in the financial services industry with an extensive background in contact center management. In his role, Ian leads the charge to develop better relationships between the business and the consumer through IT. He does this through general management, large/complex program management, production support, and risk and fraud mitigation strategies.

Outside of Mattersight, Ian is an accomplished musician, an avid reader and enjoys playing competitive soccer.
